Purchasing Artwork:
To reserve artwork, please complete the Purchase Order Form on the page with the painting. The form should contain:
• The title and details of the artwork you would like to buy.
• Your contact telephone number and email address.
• Whether you wish to purchase the Original or a print.
You will then receive an email to confirm availability and the total price of your order including postage. At this point you should
reply to confirm your order and include your delivery address. Payment can be made thereafter in sterling, via cheque or online through paypal.
Returning Artwork:
If you decide to return your order, please email the artist within 10 days of the delivery date.
• Please repackage the artwork with care, using all of the original packaging and affix the return address label.
• The artist will then arrange a collection date with you.
• Providing that the artwork is undamaged you will be sent a refund, less postage, within 10 working days of the return date.
Framing:
• The online details with the picture should state whether the original painting is framed. All prints are supplied with a frame.
• If you would like to have your order framed, or have a query, please request this in the message field when ordering.
Deliveries:
UK deliveries will be made within 10 working days after payment has been received.
• Paintings: £15.00
• Drawings: £5.00
Repeat delivery... If you miss the courier, parcels can be redelivered once or picked up from your local Post Office collection point.
International Deliveries can be made within 10 - 21 days after payment is recieved. Email Phil for a quote.
Intellectual Copyright
• The artist retains Intellectual copyright on are artwork sold.
• This means that the purchaser or any third party may NOT reproduce the artwork in any form for either private or commercial use.
• The artist does retain the right to reproduce any piece of artwork sold unless specifically sold as a limited edition is which case a set number of copies only will be made.
• Special terms may be negoticated for commissioned works.
